Privacy Policy

Privacy is important to us. REDred Photo will not share any of your information with anyone else. This includes financial data, registration & contact info, or any images you share with REDred Photo during your educational program.

We will never share our mailing list with anyone.

Refund & Exchange Policy

You may request a refund to your credit card or paypal account within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds are made to the card or paypal account used for the original purchase. We cannot issue cash or check refunds.

We can only offer refunds for unattended classes or unbooked services. If you purchased a discounted credits package, you will be refunded for unused credits minus the non-discounted price of any classes or sessions you have already attended.

Refunds are not possible for “no-shows” or cancellations less than 72-hours prior to your class or appointment date.

After 14 days, we are happy to exchange your unused credits for other classes or services of equal value.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your class registration or rental appointment, please call or email at least 72 hours before your scheduled class or appointment.

Cancellations less than 72 hours before the scheduled date will forfeit any fees or credits paid for that session. (We reserve the right to wave this cancellation fee at our discretion.)

Class Credits

Class credits are essentially pre-paid lesson or class hours which are used to pay for classes through the checkout system. Once you’ve purchased a class package, credits are deducted from your account when you enroll in specific session times. You can purchase class credit packages at significant discounts. The more you buy, the more you save. The discounts are only available when you purchase class credit packages in advance.

You cannot use credits to “buy” more credits.

Credits may not be refunded as cash.

F.A.Q.

I bought a series… do I have to take all the classes all at once?

No!

You can purchase a package of class credits to get the series discount, but you don’t have to take all the classes in the series right away. You can schedule the individual sessions to fit your busy life. Your credits will remain in your account until you actually use them to register for a session.

What if I have to miss a class in the series?

No problem!

We offer most of our classes on a recurring schedule. If you miss one, just wait till it comes around again!

Alternatively, you can schedule a private lesson to cover the topics you missed.

What if I can’t attend the classes on your calendar?

No problem!

We offer a wide range of private classes.

I bought a package of credits but no longer need the classes… can I get a refund for my unused credits?

Unfortunately, No.

We are a very small company and we don’t have a budget for refunds after the 14-day refund policy. However, your credits will never expire and they can be used for other things like Studio Rental, Private Lessons, Portrait Sessions, and more!

How do these Credits work?

The more classes you take, the more you’ll save. These discounts are only awarded when you “commit” to taking more classes by pre-paying. You’ll purchase class credits that you’ll use later when you’re actually registering for class dates.

After you purchase your credits, you’ll have a credit balance in your account. When you sign up for a class, it will have a regular price in the shopping cart. When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay regular price with a credit card, OR use your credits from your account by entering your email address or coupon code.
